What the seats mean
- Owner
- The admin (Master). Sets up clients, rates, people and settings, sees everything. Every plan includes exactly one.
- Approver
- A manager who approves timesheets and leave for their people. Approvers can also log their own hours.
- Team member
- Logs hours, requests leave, checks in, and sees their own pay and documents.
- Custom roles
- Finance, HR or anything you define. A person in a custom role counts as an approver seat when the role can approve or manage, otherwise as a team member seat.

Paying, cancelling and what happens after the trial
What currency are the prices in?
Prices on this site are in US dollars (USD). We can agree regional pricing in your own currency on request; write to us before you pick a plan.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice, monthly or yearly. We send the invoice by email, and access is extended as soon as the payment is recorded. Card payments are not offered yet.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Your workspace pauses: nobody can sign in, but nothing is deleted. Pick a plan and everything you set up during the trial carries on exactly as it was. If you decide not to continue, we keep the data for 90 days so you can still ask for an export, then delete it.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. A monthly plan simply runs to the end of the paid month; a yearly plan runs to the end of the paid year. Fees already paid are not refunded (see the Terms), which is why the yearly discount suits teams that have finished their trial.
What if our team grows?
Move to the next plan, or ask for custom seat limits. We change the plan from our side within one working day; there is no self-serve upgrade button yet.
Is every feature in every plan?
Yes. Plans differ only in the number of approver and team member seats and in how many custom roles you can define. Timesheets, approvals, leave, payroll, invoicing, reports, attendance and the activity log are in all of them.
Do we need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial starts from the form on the home page; a sign-in link arrives by email and the workspace is ready immediately.
